Friedman says, "Government is an instrument through which we can exercise our freedom."

伊藤美誠選手が彼女のコーチを紹介している記事を見つけました

いままで、Youtube その他のインターネット上で、伊藤美誠選手のコーチである松崎さんについては少しは知っていました。試合のビデををみて研究し、また試合中にもノートをとって、のちの試合に利用することなど。試合前や試合中のタイムの時間に、伊藤選手がノートに目を通しているところもしばしば見てきました。

つい最近、そのノートには松崎さんだけではなく伊藤選手も書き込んでいたのだという記事を読んだ（注１）ので、また興味がわいて探索すると、以下の毎日の記事が見つかりました。これをみると、最近では、伊藤選手はビデオは自分ではもう見ないこと、ノートにも自分では書き込みはしないこと、などが述べられています。

　…松崎さんは卓球の動画を見るのが好きで、本当に熱心です。ツアー中は試合後に深夜まで見ています。新しい技術などを見ると「これ、いいんじゃないか」と言って、取り入れることもあります。以前は私も一緒に動画を見て対戦相手の研究をしていましたが、今は休息や睡眠を優先します。松崎さんが見てくれるので安心して試合に臨めます…。
　リオデジャネイロ五輪まではお互いにノートに気づいたことを書いていました。私はもう書いていませんが、松崎さんは試合中もずっと気づいたことを書いています。
　松崎さんは広くは知られていないと思いますが、名コーチだと思います。もちろん相性があると思いますから、私にとっての名コーチですね。

小池百合子都知事の支持率

今の安倍政権の支持率は「桜を見る会」の問題があっても各種調査で45％前後。1年前、森友加計問題で政権支持率が40％を切っても、その後の参院選で自民党は勝った。
　それに対し、小池氏の支持率はどうか。小池氏は16年の都知事選で次点候補に100万票以上の大差で圧勝したが、その直後の支持率は70～80％。しかし小池新党が国政進出を試みた17年総選挙では、小池氏の失言で大失速。その直後の調査では支持率は20％台に急降下、次の都知事選挙に黄信号が点滅していた。これに対し、小池氏はひたすら耐えた。
「バッシングや批判にジッと耐えながら黙々と公務に努めた。そしてミニ集会に頻繁に顔を出す。今でも都内で50人以上集まるイベントがあれば小池がいる、とまで揶揄されるほどマメマメしく会合に顔を出し続けている」（都議会関係者）
　こんな都知事はかつていなかった、といわれるほどだという。これで一度失速した支持率が徐々に上向きになり18年には全国紙などの調査で再び50％台まで上昇。今は、さらに回復し60％近くまで上昇しているといわれる。安倍政権を見れば、この小池氏の高い支持率に加え現職知事となれば絶対強い、というのは多くの選挙アナリストもうなずくところだ。

A quick definition from an academic website put it this way: “Capital comprises the physical and non-physical assets (such as education and skills) used in making goods and services. Money is primarily a means of exchanging one good for another. Capital is measured in monetary terms, and since money (cash) buys physical assets (for example, buys a factory), capital is often thought of as money. But strictly speaking, they are different concepts.”

Said another way, capital involves risk and creates jobs. Accumulating money on the balance sheets of large corporations does not.
